Led the design, development and deployment of a domain-specific Hindi+English Masked Language Model for advanced natural language understanding tasks, including sentiment analysis, intent classification, and named entity recognition, on speech analytics product. Utilized pre-trained BERT architecture embeddings and advanced techniques such as data augmentation, resulting in a MLM with over 95% accuracy on business metrics. Built robust MLOps(LLMops) & data engineering pipeline using AWS services(Lambda and Elastic Computing), Python, Docker, DVC, Mlflow, and Airflow to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security of the product.

Project

Design, development and deployment the research and development of a time series forecasting and single metric anomaly detection system, utilizsing SOTA technologies such as Python, deep learning with RNN and LSTM/GRU, moving average, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, TensorFlow, and Keras. The system enables real-time prediction of metric values and identification of anomalous activity by comparing predicted values to actual values and their standard deviation, resulting in a reduction of up to 50% in false positive alerts, and a cost savings of $120,000 for the client. The system is highly secure and scalable, and also improves the overall org security.
