Hi, I'm Kurt.
I have spent the last 25 years helping companies solve their communications needs in the area of telecommunications, consulting, cybersecurity, wide area networks, fiber and mobility services. I was in the top 2% of sales leaders at AT&T, and won numerous awards throughout my career, and along the way, I have worked with the leading service providers in the technology space worldwide.
I have worked with 1000's of enterprise businesses throughout my career, many that are well known global companies. And what they all had and continue to have in common, is the need to have access to the latest proven technologies, and most importantly to have a trusting partner relationship that ensures their services will be delivered as agreed upon and on time at the agreed price. We take for granted that this is a common experience, but in fact it is not. I have come across many instances in which clients don't have the best experiences with their partners. We saw a need to help small and midsize businesses, as they are underserved. They have the greatest need to take part in digital transformation, and the amount of businesses in this category will have a major positive impact on the US economy in the years to come.

Method
DCT Digital Transformation Approach. In the beginning of each engagement, we establish a client workshop. In this workshop, we have a deep dive review of the clients business, review where they are today, and where they want to be in the future. We gain an understanding of the team they have supporting them, and the tools they currently have in place.
This is just the first step in the process, but a very important one. Each and every business operates differently from the other, and knowing this information is the key ingredient to learning what will be the best transformation strategy and approach for a successful outcome.
The next phase is the senior stakeholder and company leadership engagement meeting. This is where we will cover the company strategies and goals over the short and long term.
